I'm really starting to feel stronger on the bike. When the instructor says add a quarter turn I had a full one. I must look like a moron to everyone else in the class. I do nothing but stare at my reflection in the mirror and focus on my stance on the bike and am constantly monitoring my body movement. Oh...and inside my head I'm either replaying some of my favorite cycling movies or imagining myself in a race trying to pull away from the pack. On a side note. I'm now 18lbs lighter than when I started this site. 6 weeks and 18lbs....not bad at all. Not bad at all.
